INNER FEELINGS is the first book by Cindy Ann D’Silva. She talks all about love, fear appreciation, negativity, hope, strength, and various feelings here. the author has also shared a few moments from her life where she witnessed how things have gradually fallen into place by mere acceptance and acknowledgment. This book is wholeheartedly written by the author. And the main theme of this book is to understand and accept yourself.

Inner feelings are something some of us don’t recognize, or probably are afraid to address, or think it’s wrong if we feel a certain way.

Inner feelings come, inner feelings go, some we need to talk about and some we need to conquer. But, once we accept them and understand them, only then can we decide how to handle them.

I thought this was apt for those who wanted to understand their inner thoughts through short and crisp passages.

Many of us look brave. But, how many of us FEEL brave?
Though I had a rebellious nature -
I would feel like someone would pounce on me from the dark.

2. CONFIDENCE...!
It was only then that I realized that when we start accepting ourselves positively, we can build on our confidence and start doing things for ourselves. 

           'INNER FEELINGS’ is worth reading, and it had some great points that all of us could make use of. And it's very well written by the author Cindy Ann D’Silva. I recommend this book to read everyone because this book is related to our emotions and feelings.
